Resolution to Clean Private Property

Owner of 3965 Liscott said lawn service issues had been resolved, the grass was cut July 31, and asked to be removed from the city's grass-cutting list to avoid tax charges.

The co-owner (wife of the first speaker) described the roughly four-acre property, said the grass was about a week from needing a cut, cited receipts, and blamed underground water from a neighbor's lake for fast grass growth.
