PendingSite Plan
Terry Road grocery and distribution center (former Roses/Food Depot)
Description
Developers have purchased the old Roses on Terry Road and are bidding on the adjacent Food Depot, planning a grocery store with a wholesale distribution center. The site isn't zoned for a distribution center, so they'll need to go through the site plan process.
Impact summary
Could bring a full grocery store and jobs to a south Jackson corridor that lacks grocery options.
